Hey readers! So I have a favor to ask of you!
This upcoming week we will be choosing our classes and travel for next semester...but I am stuck. Or at least with the travel. So, I am putting it in your hands, loyal fan base. I am not even kidding!
Here is a list of my possible travel options. Please comment on the blog (just click on the "comment" section under this entry) and vote on the trip that sounds the best (weather for me, or for you!).

- Cyprus (Ethnic division, its causes and attempts at resolution)
- Paris (Urban development and the arts in the 19th and 20th Century )
- Bavaria (Laptops and Lederhosen)
- Morocco in Transition (Cultural Identity, Media and Gender)
- Umbria (Making and studying art)
- Washington, DC and Historic Virginia (Culture, History and Politics)

I would try to do something that you normally would not do. I know that doesn't narrow it down but you should take advantage of traveling somewhere you wouldn't pick in the future for a "vacation." Good luck!

I would pick Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia mainly because they are countries that are not the norm for visiting; plus my dad's best friend is Serbian and him and his family are fun.
Otherwise, Morocco.
I vote for making and creating art (ceramics?) in Umbria. Put all that great artistic talent to good use! Plus, you might get the chance to eat at Medio Evo in Assisi, it's incredible!

Selfishly, DC would be great. Could meet at Ben's Chili Bowl.
Namibia would be another continent (Africa? or am I thinking of someplce else) Same for Morocco.
My actual vote would be for Greece/Turkey, although I kind of hope DC wins.
